The Joys of Spraining an Ankle

What really happened:

Hayley, I owe you many thanks for staying with me for 4 hours at the hospital, carrying my stuff, and piggy backing me, etc. And to Ellie, who totally should not have been involved in this, but still drove me to the hospital and asked good questions for me.

I had the most amazing and memorable hospital experience. From the EMTs asking me which hospital I preferred to go to, to the receptionist who did not know which foot was injured even though I already had a splint on my right ankle. And to the doctor who asked if I had gotten X-rays yet even though we waited for more than an hour to receive his diagnosis and of course to the nurse who gave me Joshua’s prescription and discharge forms. The coolest part though is that I have a hospital wrist band.

Look what they made me do, view inside.

My lovely discolored toe and ugly swollen ankle.
