Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade

Hello Kitty isn’t going to be there this year (aw) but Buzz Lightyear, Dora the Explorer, and Horton the elephant will be there! I love giant things. I am actually thinking of participating in the festivities but people start lining up at 6:30, which is way too early for me. But I might trek out there anyways just because I’ve never seen the parade live in the eighteen years I’ve been in New York City. Plus, being away from NYC for two months makes me want to come back and do everything NYC-ey again. The parade starts at 9AM and ends at noon. Information on the parade route can be found here.

I might head over to Central Park West and 77th-81st on the night before the parade to watch them inflate the balloons!

Okay, I think I have made up my mind and I will be going to the parade. Let me know if you want to come! I CAN’T WAIT TO SEE THE HUGE BALLOONS!

I have also put out the archives of my blog again. If you are bored you can view my first ever embarassing post and if you are really bored and/or procrastinating, feel free to read through nearly two years of blabbing and make sure you laugh at my stupidity/ignorance by dropping comments. If you are from Wesleyan and would like to know of my former life, my blog bears all. LIE. Haha.
