Maryland with the Family

Our first night there, we went to Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant. It is a chain restaurant but I’ve never been to one. The only one in New York is in Albany. They have special rooms with different themes. We ate at the Vineyard, thank goodness, because the above room is known as the Pope Room. There is a beheaded Benedict on the table creepily staring at every bite of food you take. Intense.

At Mount Vernon, there was a Christmas tree with ornaments of every President’s face. Freaky. But we did enjoy our trip to Mount Vernon.

On the last day, we stopped by Annapolis and ate at Chick and Ruth’s Delly.
