Brew Bakers

There is this little cafe downtown on Main Street called Brew Bakers. I have been down there a couple times this semester. Sorry for blogging so much about food but that is all I have been doing lately.

Josef (no last name given), is the chef and owner of Brew. He is an Austrian award winning chef who has cooked for Pope John Paul, Pope Benedict XVI, king of Bahrain, and the Dalai Lama. The first time I went down there this semester, I ordered a Soy Chai, which was warm, frothy, and good. Then Linda and I visited it two more times afterward. She ordered a Ice Cold latte with Soy and I had a pomegranate and blueberry smoothie. We were taking advantage of the absurdly warm weather. Then Friday, we had lunch there and she ordered a Brew Boilermaker and I had a sun dried tomato bagel with walnut raisin cream cheese.
